We have been in the home renovating business for a long time, and if there is one thing we have learned, it’s that an organized process is first and foremost to any successful home renovating project. That is how we came up with the M.T. & Sons Method. This is the perfect way for you to follow along with your project, and gives us the chance to explain milestones each step of the way.

In home consultation

All of M.T. & Sons projects begin with a free, no obligation in-home consultation. This is where the initial meeting happens and we take a close look at what you had in mind. Then we will go over different remodeling ideas and designs.

Design & proposal

Once we have met and gone over all the thing you want for you project, we get to work on hammering out the detail and making a plan for the job ahead

Project agreement

We then go over the project agreement together to make sure that were all on the same page

Construction

We get to work on making your project dreams a reality

Punch list

Once construction is complete we will walk through with you and make sure we’ve met all of your needs.

Project turn over

This is when we officially turn over the project to you and allow you to enjoy your newly completed renovation.
